Xianhao Liu completed his bachelors in environmental engineering at Tongji University. After graduation, he worked at Wuxi Architectural Design & Research Institute and focused on water supply and drainage engineering design. He served as the deputy chief engineer and the deputy director of Jiangsu Young Engineers Association (water supply and drainage). 

As one of the early crucial employees of TIANHUA, he joined Shanghai TIANHUA in 1998 and focused on professional design; Previously he has served as the leader of the water supply and drainage team, Deputy Management Director and Director of the Electromechanical Institute, General Manager Assistant, and Deputy General Manager. He attended the EMBA program of China Europe International Business School from 2014 to 2016. He is now the General Manager of Honghe Drawing Review.
